Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the next working day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
United States & European Union
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. EASE Cashmere has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing an order.
EU Customers
Please note that following the UK's departure from the European Union, orders shipped to EU member states may be subject to import duties and VAT upon delivery.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sales@easecashmere.com with your order number. We will investigate with our shipping partner and respond within 2 business days.
EASE Cashmere is not liable for delays caused by customs processing, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. EASE Cashmere cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at sales@easecashmere.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.
