Returns & Refunds Policy
EASE Cashmere wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at sales@easecashmere.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges on a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange before returning your item.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover all return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement.
Sale Items
Items purchased during a sale or promotional period are eligible for exchange or store credit only, unless faulty.
International Returns
Customers returning from outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties incurred. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
