Our Story

Cashmere made to be kept.

EASE is a London cashmere label, making essential womenswear for everyday wear. This is how it began, and what we hold ourselves to.

It started with cashmere that did not last.
I. The Beginning

It started with cashmere that did not last.

EASE began in London, with a drawer of pieces that had not survived. Sweaters that pilled in a season, lost their shape in a wash, and were gone within a year. We wanted the opposite. One piece, bought once, worn for a decade. The name came first, drawn by hand until the letters sat right.

Two ply. Twelve gauge. Nothing you cannot name.
II. The Craft

Two ply. Twelve gauge. Nothing you cannot name.

Every piece starts with the fibre. We source directly from herders in Mongolia, where the cold produces the longest, finest fibres. We knit two-ply at twelve gauge, denser than most at this price, and the reason the shape holds. There is no blend and no filler.

Made to be repaired, not replaced.
III. The Promise

Made to be repaired, not replaced.

A garment that lasts is worth caring for. When your piece needs attention, send it back. We repair it and return it to you, and the first repair is free within the first year. Our cashmere holds OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification, tested at every stage. The quality should be evident in the wearing.
